Scissor Pallet Trucks

Scissor lift pallet vehicles are made to be able to rearrange and stack pallets with an integrated lifting mechanism that enables the pallets to be elevated. This equipment is extremely effective for working in limited spaces that might not allow for a full-sized forklift. The scissor pallet vehicle is extremely efficient at loading and offloading pallets and moving them from location to location thanks to their maneuverability and small turning radius. Scissor hauling mechanisms are built with a folding support system made of interlinked bars. As the system extends, the lift is raised, and as it contracts, the lift lowers. Scissor lifts vary from standard jacks in that they do not go up at a continuous rate of velocity, but rather more slowly at either end of the extension, for that reason, they tend to provide a bumpier ride than standard hydraulic lifts.

Scissor pallet trucks are an effective solution for organizations that need to transfer stock around quickly and efficiently in a narrow space. Thanks to their folding capability, they are quite compact when stored. Since the weight is distributed across the arms of the scissors, they tend to haul weight more evenly.
